My cousin has recently got married to her childhood best friend in April. The boy’s side was residing in Jabalpur and they held the reception ceremony at the Durbar banquet hall in Hotel Polomax, Jabalpur. The hotel was very conveniently located, just 20 km away from the airport. We booked an overnight stay along with the banquet and truly, it was one of the best hotels in Jabalpur near Civil lines.
On arrival, we were offered welcome drinks that were so refreshing in the scorching summer after a two hours flight from Delhi. The banquet hall was large yet compact with the perfect services rendered by the staff. The lighting, stage décor and the total ambience was truly justifying to the grandeur of the wedding. And the food was heavenly! The dishes were exquisite, warm and a treat to our taste-buds. The event ran smoothly without any glitches, thanks to the excellent team of Polomax Jabalpur.
For the night, we had booked five Max Queen rooms and those were very comfortable, spacious and squeaky-clean. We received complimentary bottles of mineral water and free WiFi connectivity. The best part, there was a safe-deposit box in all the rooms which was an essential for the jewelleries we carried for the function. Most of all, we enjoyed a good night’s sleep after all the madness that comes with a family-wedding for five long days.
